What happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will contain links allowing you to follow the status of your order. You will receive an email at the time of sending your order.

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes ask for a counter signature at the reception. If you are not on delivery, a card will be issued in your mailbox containing information on the procedure to follow. Packages delivered by post usually do not require a counter signature.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. You can also check the status of your order and delivery in your account.

How to track my order ?

Your parcel can be followed, information about this tracking will appear in the e-mail that will be sent to you during the expedition, or in your account.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be organized via your account.

RETURN PROCEDURE

At ESPRI it's satisfied or your money back!

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to change your mind.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it by e-mail and return your items to the address indicated (a number and return address will be sent to you before returning).

The return is made exclusively by post to our address and return costs are your responsibility communicated by mail in return for your request.

The product (s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition at the customer's expense. In case of deterioration of the packaging or the product, ESPRI may refuse the return, replacement or refund as the product can no longer be considered as new. If the product is used it will not be refundable.

The satisfied or refunded policy concerns the collection of the product upon receipt, the delivery period and the right of withdrawal of 14 days.

REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURE

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you have returned to us, indicating that the refund has been validated. Refunds are made using the original payment method, and can take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or to pay penalty.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are your responsibility.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the ESPRI company will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as used in the order.
